Swim With Roza

Roza, originally from Afghanistan, has always had a strong connection with swimming, starting from her childhood memories of cherished moments spent at the local leisure center with her father. Born in the Netherlands, a country below sea level, she learned to swim at a young age due to the importance of water safety in her surroundings. Throughout her life, Roza has maintained her love for swimming, enjoying family outings to waterparks and leisurely swims every week. She is passionate about sharing the joy of swimming and imparting a valuable life skill to both children and adults.

With nearly two years of experience as a swim teacher, Roza finds great fulfillment in making a positive impact on her students' lives. She takes pride in helping them progress and appreciates seeing their growth in swimming skills over time. Roza's background in handball has also contributed to her sporting achievements, earning her the title of "Most Improved Women's Goalkeeper."

Aside from her love for swimming, Roza enjoys engaging in various hobbies and activities, including handball, badminton, and esports (League of Legends). However, her main passion remains teaching swimming to her students, encouraging them to care about their progression and celebrate each milestone in their journey.

Roza is particularly drawn to the Swimming Nature Programme for its well-organized structure and clear progression through different stages. The program's emphasis on developing new skills while building on previous ones resonates with her teaching philosophy, and she appreciates the rewarding system that motivates students to excel.

As an instructor, Roza finds joy in teaching students of all age groups and levels. Each level brings unique challenges and rewards, and she thrives on the diversity of teaching experiences.

The reason behind Roza's choice to become a Swimming Nature teacher lies in the effectiveness of the program's methodology. Teaching in the water, where the real lessons take place, aligns with her belief in immersive learning and the value of hands-on instruction.

Overall, Roza's dedication to teaching and her passion for swimming create a nurturing and inspiring environment for her students to develop their skills and discover the joy of swimming.
