Adrienn
I have been swimming since the age of 5, starting with 1:1 sessions and progressing through professional lessons. Although I initially pursued tennis, injuries led me back to swimming, where I found a passion for open water swimming and later triathlon. I began teaching and assisting coaches during my university studies in Hungary and have since accumulated over 10 years of experience in swimming instruction. I became a qualified swimming teacher and coach in 2013, later exchanging my qualifications to the Swim England version upon moving to England. Prior to joining Swimming Nature, I served as the “Early Competitive” lead coach at a local swimming club. In 2019, I was nominated for “Swimming Teacher of the Year” in the Reigate and Banstead area. I am actively involved in multi-sport events and have achieved notable accomplishments, including completing a 220km event in the Bahamas and qualifying for the Spartan World Championship in 2023. Outside of swimming, I am passionate about various sports and activities, including skiing, cycling, cliff jumping, skydiving, and scuba diving. I enjoy exploring the world through travel and sport, always seeking new challenges. As a teacher, I value clear, thorough explanations of techniques and enjoy working with a wide range of students, particularly adults who may feel excluded from water-based activities. I believe in providing high-quality education and appreciate the Swimming Nature methodology for its emphasis on proper technique from the start. My goal is to help individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their swimming goals, whether for safety, competition, or personal development.
Erald

I specialize in refining stroke techniques, helping students master freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly strokes with a focus on precision and efficiency.
