Meeting Point
A pool coordinator will greet swimmers at the pool entrance and pass them to their instructors. Please follow signage and guidance shared by our pool coordinators At the end of the session, a member of our poolside team will walk children to the hallway outside the changing rooms. Please come through the changing rooms (via the outside of the pool building) to meet your child from their instructor. Please proceed to the changing rooms where available
Viewing Point
Due to limited poolside space, and to maintain the health and safety of all our swimmers, instructors and families there is no poolside spectating. Please remain outside the pool building while lessons take place
Other Information
Swimmers to arrive 5 minutes before lessons start Please come ready to swim; that means arrive wearing swimwear under a towel or loose clothing that can be easily removed. Please wear flip flops Please bring swimming hats, goggles, to all lessons. We are unable to provide these Please ensure armbands are inflated and worn, and that swimming hats are on before the lesson begins to allow a quick transaction between lessons to maximise your time in the water You are advised to bring a towel to poolside for younger swimmers as the air temperature difference between the poolside and changing rooms can make it feel chilly Children are to wear a swim nappy if required (disposable or reusable are both ok) with normal swimwear over the top. There is no requirement for a neoprene nappy cover or a baby wet suit but please use them if you want to. Only one adult can be in the water with the child. Adults and children taking part in Parent & Child lessons do not need to wear swim hats. Outdoor footwear is not permitted within the pool building Please wear flip flops or remove your shoes and enter changing rooms bare-footed Parents are not permitted poolside All swimmers must wear swimming hats (except Parent & Baby lessons) Do not interfere with the lessons as it disrupts the teaching of the children No photography or filming is allowed during any of our lessons or at any pool location
