  • What do I need to bring to my lesson?
    Students will need a swimsuit, towel, goggles and a swim cap.
  • What if I am scared of the water?
    That’s absolutely fine! Your instructor will chat with you at the start of the lesson to understand your comfort level. They’ll be in the water with you, offering reassurance and support while gently helping you stretch your comfort zone.
  • How long are adult lessons?
    Lessons are 30 minutes long. This provides focused, quality time with your instructor. Hour-long sessions may be available if you’re looking for an intensive learning experience.
  • What if I can’t make a lesson?
    Life can get busy. If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll cancel the lesson and credit you with one ‘make-up’ lesson.
  • I have a health condition. Are swimming lessons suitable for me?
    Some health conditions may prevent swimming, while others can benefit from water-based activities. If you’re unsure, contact us using the form below, and we’ll provide tailored advice.
  • I want to train for a competition. How many sessions would I need?
